This poem is for America, for those who've served, and are serving, to make America the way it is, and a better place for tomorrow. This is my prayer for freedom. This is my prayer for America.

A Freedom Prayer

Soaring high above the trees,

An eagle floats on the breeze.

The banner of red, white and blue.

The banner to which I shall be true.

This is my unnending prayer,

For justice to be fair,

For there to always be freedom,

Not ruled by some kingdom,

And let the star-spangled banner

Fly in a joyous manner,

for there to be mor love than hate,

and a star for each state.

Let the mountains sign,

with the joy and strength of each thing.

Lord, I cry out this prayer.

Let the American Flag always be there.
