sweet little rose of texas

yellow you'll never be

you have love and courage in abundance

and you mean the world to me .

i know you like your horses

i quite like them too

but you can call me silver

if i'm being ridden by you .

you can ride me at the gallop

you can make me saddle sore

if you ride me across texas

still i'll come back for more .

we'll have some horsey foreplay

perhaps a kiss or two

the saddle is stiff and mounted

all i'm wating for is you .

i'll make my little boys eyes

as you take up the reins

and smile as you say ''giddy up''

over and over again .

but i feel i must issue a warning

there is something you must know

i'm an english bucking bronco

never tamed in any rodeo .
