Is there a suite

that stands outside your door

smiling like a shark

whispering pious words

wearing the friendship badge

telling you

what you want to hear

as dubble edged words

throws a dark shadow

over the life’s

of the honest ones

who still stand

on the shores of your land

where the children

hold with skeletal hands

the tatted flag of humanity

outside the place

where you stand

waiting your turn

to vote

for the mad
