Bring to me Serenity
And make her plead on bended knee
For she is serene but she's embellishing
Every truth, yes everything
There is no comfort in Apathy
For I have seen what it truly means
When the black crypt of her eyes gleam
Yes, her deceit is loud as a scream
And, Oh! Betrayal I feel your hunger
I wish that she would have been a little stronger
Or the blade of her talons a little longer
Or she would have had an organ to puncture
For bleeding out is painful at best
As you drained my corpse I was staining your dress
And I looked in your eyes and I tried to repress
Questions of why it was me you aggressed
Then you pushed me away and here still I lay
Just a pile of clothes and a bit of decay
I must concur with my senses and say
You're beautiful darling but you must turn to ash in the day
