I am against the tide
And I see a side
of you no one else realized
Maybe they just don't take the time
to listen
But I will be your cushion
And I'll never let you hit ground
That's not a promise its a fact
I love the way you smile back
And you can kiss me and i'll kiss back
Promise
Not even God himself could stop this
It's perfect.
It's honest
You're my harness
Holding me up
And the sun couldn't set or rise
Without me thinking about my baby girls eyes
And there won't be an "after this"
I put that on my life,
promise.
