heartbreaker please spare me
take this soul but leave my body
it's cold and worthless anyhow
and you deserve a better touch
to contour your every curve
and bring about your ecstasy
i'm not sure what you see in me
she said
i see the thoughts inside your head
she said
and i know that you will leave me
and i have come to dread
the day you turn away
but for now i'm so ecstatic
can't you tell this smile's not plastic
and these words are full of promise
don't break the trust they harness
with a lie
cause this could crash and burn and i would die
