A A A

something tells me i know this road
i've seen this street and I've felt it move
and the city is alive with neon and lights
but why am i so alone tonight?

i keep running in circles too vicious to quit
and every right turn is another dead end
but i came to a fork where the road just split
and passed up the chance
can i return and catch it?

see i am a duck and water rolls off my back
but there's a hole in my head
and some got in the cracks
if i could just patch it up i can stop treading so fast
but i'm taking on water and i'm sinking at last
