stick to your guns
the bricks aren't that hard to shatter
and one day this wall will break
and we'll be free
that's hope in a nutshell
they try to tell me
but they built up this symbol
and now it blocks out the sun
the bodies it took to defend our lost cause
are fallin over the top
and killin our own gaurds
and as the city goes up in flames
i just want someone
to remember my name
but the fight goes on
and the lines are drawn
which ones evil
which one blinds the sun?
and we all have a hell
we all have vices
we all pay in our blood
at the end of the crisis
and now the flames consume
and now the flames consume

this is the destruction of a city
the loss of vivid memories
you shoulda just called it off
but now we're history
thirty minutes ago
we were still contemporary
but their lining the wall
with bodies like a cemetary
and the ground is wet
with blood and sweat
stop the beating hearts
of a thousand young men
we're cause to the chaos
and why won't the rain stop
while our superiors fled underground
with their fingers up
like fuck the grunts
who needs worker bees
we're just here to serve the queen
and the flames consume
and now the flames consume
