Depart this place; leave it behind.
Retreat to the world you call your mind.
Forget where you are; forget all the stress.
Let it all go, and let your mind do the rest.
Don't do anything; just close your eyes.
Enjoy the world's short little demise.
Listen to your body breathe for you.
Feel your blood pump through your veins, too.
Let your thoughts and feelings surround you,
and explore the reasons why you do what you do.
Don't try to think; just try to feel.
Your emotional wounds, let your mind heal.
Meet who you are, and remember who you were
as everything you know finally concurs.
Drown in the emptiness, drown in the abundance.
Relax assured by the affluence.
Drift away in the endless sea of thought,
then return, when sanity you've caught.
