Why do sad voices cry
For a happy ends they will never find?
For beloved they vainly seek?
For savior they will never meet?

Why do young mothers sing,
Of children and of made up things?
Of perfects worlds that don't exist?
of pain erased by mother's kiss?

Why do people always desire,
Impossible love that never expires?
and things that simply cannot be?
and crazed, desperate fantasies?

Why do even wise men think,
of life followed by perfect dreams?
Of another worlds after this?
of a heaven that doesn't exist?
