I stand in the rocky trail

That consists of lonliness

and the thought of betrail

The wondering of phoniness

And if I'm going to derail

Makes the lovingness

Seem to unveil

The thought meaningless

I have some confidence

That everything will unfold

This thing has me convinced

So I do what I'm told

I try to make sense

Of what it is that I hold

It looks like your a hypocrite

You know you do it to

So the thought of forfeit

Has been thought through

Life is like a portrait

But where are you?

As this thing haunts me

In my every day life

And in all my dreams

I wonder if I'm right

For not being so mean

And not so uptight

It would be a pleasure

To make this go away

It doesn't meet the measure

And is here to stay

I feel the pressure

That you seem to betray

You think I'm paranoid

You think this will vanish?

I'm not a little boy!

And will not be banished

My vote is not void

So this is not finished

I want you to follow

The same rules as me

I want you to swallow

All the guilt you feed

My heart is not hollow

So let me be me!

Lets live without sorrow

And finally be happy!
