This is an Acrostic Poem on "MY MOTHER'.

An acrostic poem is a type of poetry in which often the initial letter of each line spells out a word or a phrase, often the subject of the poem or the name of the person to whom the poem is dedicated.

Hope you like it.

MY MOTHER (Acrostic Poem)

My first ever friend is undoubtedly you,

Your loving heart, no doubt bigger than blue.

~

Most valuable treasure on the entire earth,

Oceans’ all pearls can’t even value your worth.

The priceless treasure of love, feeling and affection;

Heart of gold inside you, full of selfless devotion.

Every time I’m blessed whenever you pray;

Repaying debt of your sacrifices is no child’s play.

"Mother" is the topic which always makes me speechless and whenever I picks my pen my minds goes blank and I feel difficult to describe her in words. I tried to convey my feelings through colours in one of my painting....
I am glad you did great job in it, this is very beautiful poem, I wish I could write such piece.......
Good work Dynamic, all the best for your future endeavours!

Thank you. I feel mother is a very special person in everyone's life. She is always with us throughout our good times or bad. She shows us the right path. :))

Such a beautiful poem. Makes me realize that many of us do not appreciate our mothers as much as we should.
I am glad to have read it, as it reminded me about what is important in my life.

Yep...absolutely right. We sometimes don't give as much love to our mothers as she deserves. That's what the last line of the poem stands for.

Thanks for accepting my reading request and giving your precious thought on the poem :)

In the 2nd line, blue stands for sky and I compared my mother's loving heart with the sky, which has more love than the size of the sky. I hope I'm able to explain what 2nd line meant.

Thanks for providing your honest and precious opinion on the poem :))

Frankly speaking I still haven't showed this poem to my mom. I feel that I should not earn any brownie point for writing the simple truth. I don't want to get a special treatment from her. This is so simple thing and as far as I think all the mother's might be like her only.

I don't know after reading the comments here, whether I should show this poem to her or not..... it's confusing!!

Thanks, Ms. Lisa for being regular follower of my work and providing your valuable thoughts. I appreciate your feedback. It really keeps me charged up!!

Hi friend :)
In response to your response:
Not all mothers are like that. A couple comments reflect that. So you and others with a mother like that are blessed.

I think it's less about earning brownie points and more about expressing and showing her how you truly feel. Sometimes we tend to wait until it's to late.

I'm assuming your Mom is aware you are a writer. I believe she would be very proud to read this.

You're not sure if you should share this according to the comments. Well let's see :) Let's go through:
Comment by several readers....they said it is beautiful. Other comments were great and perfect. Two others said they have difficulty putting the description of their Mom in words. Something you effortlessly accomphlished.
Another reader read it to her mother and another forwarded it to her mother.
So I encourage you present it to your Mother. Either as itself or presented as a gift with a frame or beautiful picture. If you do not know how to do the photo editing, I can help. Or there ae so many talented artist on here that I'm sure they would be willing to help.

Bottom Line: Don't wait until it's to late. Expresse and show your Mom how you feel .

I'm glad you keep charged! Stay plugged in my dear!

Now that you came here again and tried to dispel my confusion. I think you are right. Sometimes in hesitation it may be late and we may feel sorry about that. So I will show this poem to my mom.

Thanks dear for your valuable advice and continued support. I appreciate it.

A mother's job never ends, even when her child leaves to begin their life on their own. Her hard work is forever remembered and thanked for. You can never pay a mother back for what she's done.

Beautiful poem, I translated it to my mother and she said it was very beautiful too. Good choice of words, they give off a feeling of love and devotion towards every mother on this earth.
