What's dead already may not want to be awakened ....

Knee-deep into sunburnt beaches
sucked down by sand like vaporised bones
all over, white on white in endless whiteness
it's hurtful to the eyes, straining to find green
however, suddenly the world did turn white
it put on a shroud to drape itself in death
maybe to dull the all too alive heart
the hungry one that clamours for life

To force life on a deceased is torture
the shrivelled limbs just want to rest
maybe to lie on sunburnt beaches
white as vaporised bones
sucking down what's still alive
