Dazzling little spots of light,

Leaves and flowers and birds,

Green grass, the smell of Spring,

Fingertips along my cheek,

A cooling tear gliding South,

That breeze with hope on its lips,

A kiss with a promise attached,

Four words, they make me twitch,

A knot forming in the centre of my stomach,

The ladybird settles on your canvas shoe,

Your fingers run through golden hair,

The sky a perfect blue,

Your smile chanenges the sun,

A kiss with a promise attached.

Pretty.

Perfect.

Lovely.

True.

I'm sorry, but I just don't love you.
