I was sixteen the day it happened. I was scared and wet and I didn’t know what to think. A couple of my friends took me to a party and told me that there would be no alcohol knowing my mother would say no if there was. When we pulled up to the house the lights were off and I assumed they had the wrong address and relaxed. Clara and Fiona got out of the car and started up the steps to the house, So I followed. Clara knocked on the door and a tall girl wearing way to much make up and a short dress opened the door to let us in. When inside I saw guys and girls from the high school all sitting around with drinks that smelled heavily of alcohol. I had never been to a high school party but for some reason it didn’t feel safe.
