Daniel!!! Breakfast is ready!! Come down honey!! His mother bellowed. Dressed in a ragged jeans and t-shirt which said “Thunderhawk”, a jovial Daniel came downstairs skipping the steps and gave his mom a big hug and a peck on the cheek. He finished his cereal with a slurp, packed his backpack and tossed his lucky coin in the air as he went past the empty garage. The amusement park was 19 blocks down the road and he preferred to walk the distance. A feeling of earnestness curled around his steps as he didn’t want to be late on his first day at the “Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom” which is where he was working to raise enough money to study Architecture from the prestigious “Columbia University”.

The crowds poured in late in the afternoon, and “Shorty” was explaining him the system till then. DANNY!! DANNY!! William, his friend, shrieked, as he came running towards Daniel. Crushed by the news, Daniel ran towards his home but he could see the wild flames far from the house itself. The humongous fire touched the sky as he noticed his father’s bike in the garage. His world got devastated in an instance. The dark smoke from the fire painted the heavens black as the petrified boy from Allentown relived the gloomiest shade of his life through his closed eyes.

Sir! Sir! Mr Daniel Fredrickson!! We have a meeting with Mr Harris Weinstein, the owner of The Dorney Park in 5 minutes, the assistant interrupted. Danny looked towards the sky as if taking his parents’ blessings. With the same jovial smile, he tossed his lucky coin in the air and walked away from the Thunderhawk.

The different Shades of life take us

Through a roller coaster ride.

As Danny saw a roller coaster, he felt…
