The Scorch Trial By: James Dashner

The Scorch Trials was just like the Maze runner. I liked this book better than the first one because you see slightly deeper into the many characters. The basic plot is pretty simple***(maze runner spoiler)*** When Thomas and the rest of the gladers escape the maze they find themelves with WICKED and now they have been given yet another task... to reach the other side of a barren wasteland in order to find a cure for a disease that they have been infected with.OK on with the characters.Thomas is much easier to read about in this book because he even more of a leader. Minho is a little nicer but his temper is raging. Newt wasn't as big of a character as before and the story felt dry without him.Tereasa was (i'm sorry) a bitch, first she tells thomas she loves hime then she almost kills him, i don't care if she was acting or not....Brenda was ok i got a weird feeling about her but was used to her by the end of the book. Jorge was pretty weird too i was unsure if i should trust his charcter.

So I'm 100% sure when i say if you have read the first book go ahead and read the next one. The book was really good and i cant wait to read the next one!!!
