Lost in the caress of blissful reverie
A noble passenger of Imagination's endeavours
Picture a place where my Spirit is at rest
Oh, the way the sunlight plays upon her hair...
Golden visions of perfect paradise
Where tranquil forest lays untouched by tyrant's hands
And I may find sanctuary
In this heaven thus conceived.
As I drift from mind's eye to eye
Creeping realization lingers through my being
That the dwelling of my soul may never come to be...
But I hold strong and undeterred
And silently resolve
To possess always a reserve of utopia
To apply as needed as I make my way
Through the varying trek of life
