A recap of last night's New York Mets/Toronto game.

After losing 15-1 on Friday night, the Toronto Blue Jays defeated the New York Mets last night 3-2.

The Mets scored first at the top of the fourth inning when Jake Marisnick drove in Michael Conforto with a double.

In the bottom of the fourth, the Jays tied the game 1-1 when Randal Grichuk drove in Bo Bichette with a single.

In the bottom of the fifth inning, Alejandro Krk scored on a sacrifice fly by Travis Shaw.

In the bottom of the sixth inning, Jonathan Villar drove in Vladmir Guerrero Jr. with a single to put Toronto up 3-1.

The Mets scored a run at the top of the seventh inning, but it wasn't enough.

Villar went two for four at the plate and had a RBI.

Toronto's starting pitcher, Robbie Ray, went five innings, allowing four hits, an earnd run, two walks, and struck out five batters.

Met's Amed Rosario went three for four at the plate last night.

Met's starter, Seth Lugo, went 5.1 innings, allowing seven hits, three earned runs, a walk, and struck out five batters.
