A recap of last night's Minnesota/Toronto Game One of three.

Hyun-Jin Ryu had a really bad night on the mound as his Toronto Blue Jays got hammered 7-3 by the Minnesota Twins last night.

Ryu lasted just two innings, allowing five hits, and five earned runs.

Rough night for Ryu

Twin's Brent Booker had a RBI single and a home run.

Jorge Polanco, Josh Donaldson, and Miguel Sano all homered for

Minnesota.

Polanco had three hits and had two RBIs last night.

Byron Buxton had a RBI double for the Twins.

Twin's starting pitcher, Michael Pineda pitched 5.2 innings and allowed jiust three earned runs.

It was Pineda's third straight win.

Pineda is 3-0 and has a earned run average of 2.63 this month.

Toronto's Vladimir Guerrero Jr. hit his 46th home run of the season last night.

Jake Lamb had a RBI double for the Jay's last night.

With the loss, the Jays slipped to third place in the wild card race.
