If you don't reach 4'11 (150 cm) in height you are considered a dwarf. If you are a dwarf you are still lucky, cause it could be worse. You could be a hobbit, which means being even shorter. Apart for their short height dwarf have normal lives, just like you and me. Maybe not like me, but like you for sure.

Danny is a dwarf. He didn't make it for a small margin. Indeed he is 4'10 (147 cm) tall, and it makes him one of the tallest member of his community, the dwarf community. He thinks its better being the tallest among a short height community than being the shortest of a normal height community. At least he gets some respect from his own community as most of them have to look up at him.

Some people made fun of him by telling him:

"Get Shorty"

Danny didn't listen. He considered they were just "Ruthless People" "Going Ape!" He preferred "Wise Guys" from the "Head Office", because they had something in their head that worked, their brain. When he was younger he was called "Junior". He didn't care too much about it cause girls at school saw him as a "Last Action Hero". Danny was not afraid to fight guys twice as big as he was. And many girls "Screwed" him, thinking a small strong guy was even more exciting than a big strong guy.

When he got older he started a family. He had a daughter called "Matilda" (picture). At age six-and-a-half she used telekinetic powers to get her way, and it cost her dad a bad haircut for getting into an argument with her.

Danny had also a brother called Arnold. He was much bigger and stronger. However they were in reality "Twins", the result of a secret experiment carried out at a genetics laboratory to combine the DNA of six fathers to produce the perfect child. And obviously Danny was not the perfect child, Arnold was. He escaped from the orphanage and became an indebted, small-time crook. But still a "Last Action Hero" for the girls who liked bad guys. What he really was: a small strong bad guy.

But somehow he changed. He became a straight guy, a "Renaissance Man". He started using "Terms of Endearment" with girls, talking from the heart. That's how his wife fell in love with him. She liked his way of "Living Out Loud", and his way to "Be Cool". At the beginning they were "Relative Strangers", and Danny a "Solitary Man". But "All the Wilderness" "When in Rome" where they spent "Christmas in Love" in the "Hotel Noir" made them unite their life for better or worse. He proposed her with "The Jewel of the Nile" he got for "free" from his small-time crook years. Unfortunately, it would end many years later in "The War of the Roses". The couple couldn't agree who kept the house.

Danny is of Italian descent, and it was natural for him to travel and visit Italy. Surprisingly, the place that made an impact on him was Pisa, a city in Tuscany. As a short man he felt more impacted by shorter,... I mean, smaller cities. If he was a huge guy he would have been impacted by Rome. It sounds silly, but it's how it works!

"I've been to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It's a tower, and it's leaning. You look at it, but nothing happens, so then you look for someplace to get a sandwich."

Later he came to his own conclusions about The Leaning Tower of Pisa. This is why this place impacted him so much. It looks boring in the first place, but it proves to makes a difference later on.

"A tree falls the way it leans. Be careful the way you lean."

So, don't try to lean like Michael Jackson, you will fall like a tree.

"I climbed like a billion stairs... its not like I can take them two at a time."

Danny always chose to live on the top floor of buildings without a lift cause the rent was cheaper. He was not only short, but also short of money. And of course, short of breath every time he got home on the top floor.

"There are two dilemmas that rattle the human skull: How do you hang on to someone who won't stay? And how do you get rid of someone who won't go?"

It's easy, you change it into: How to hang on to someone who won't go? And how to get rid of someone who won't stay. So, if life is complicated, make it simple.

"The whole point of love is to put someone else's needs above your own."

And if you are single, put your own needs above yourself and you'll learn what is self-love. Actually, it's called being selfish, but whatever.

"So, goodnight Danny. It's because you're leaning like the Tower of Pisa you don't make it at 4'11 (150 cm)."
