Torture

Torture is a topic that can be complex when talking about it. The opinions given by many people around the world are which is whether it is right or wrong, but are mostly based on their beliefs of morals, human rights, and safety. This is an important decision for the entire world to make because it can influence citizens to take it upon their selves to hurt people who they think need punishment. This can lead to false accusations, fatal injuries, and distrust. But the questions officials are thinking are whether it is for safety or for Interrogation purpose using punishment as a technique to get information from them. Many countries are taking in mind that this can protect their country from rebellion from around the world, but it would be contradicting when you are saying you need to protect your country when you hurt other citizens. And there is also a possibility that they were falsely accused. In My opinion Torture is good and should be made a necessity when interrogating an enemy that is dangerous such as a terrorist. It is both beneficial and harmful to each country for example if America caught a spy from Russia and tortured them until they spoke or were physically hurt  And word got out to Russia about America doing that they would most likely want to seek revenge on America and it would affect profit from your export . Like I said before I am for torture but to an extent, It would not be intended for children who are misbehaving or disrespectful and also for people who for example steal from a store unless it is a dangerous or hazardous item that can affect people’s body negatively, that would need an explanation and if no cooperation is given then it would lead to torture, but it is not limited to this and free to others depending on many variables, like what they did,  OR is it a potential danger that can endanger many lives. In America there are debates on whether It is good to have torture as a method to interrogate, Of course both have many understandable points in which involving safety as first priority, and protecting The united states seconds, But after crossing the line with what to do when interrogating. Like I stated before opinions depend on the persons beliefs. I think we can agree that torture is something that can be later looked at as a source of getting information. Depending on how life and time takes America there are possibilities thus we can rest for now.
