This is a poem that for describes what I go through often times as I suffer manic episode. Yes I am borderline bipolar as well as Schizoaffective. For those who might not know what Schizoaffective is, its like being almost schizophrenic, you have some of the symptoms and some of the episodes but it is not like being full blown schizophrenic. Basicall like Borderline Bipolar is not all the way Bipolar but its almost all the way. For me there was a lot of shame in living with being schizoaffective because I did not know a lot about it but I know more now than i did so its not as hard but I still feel some of the guilt and shame that I felt then because its not something that is easy to share with strangers for fear of being negatively judged for having this illness. Having these illnesses have brought a lot of loneliness as well especially emotional loneliness.

In her head is where we live.

In her mind, we hear her thoughts.

Through her eyes we see the world for what it's not.

We steal her voice and speak our minds.

We are slowly but surely taking control and soon she will

be completely powerless against us.

She will lose her voice to us, she will lose her thoughts

to u, she will even lose her mind to us.

She will lose her free will and she will see what we

want her to see.

The world will turn against her, and that

is just how we want it.

We want her to be completely alone,

except what we giver her.

She will forget what love is,

She will forget what family is,

And she will forget who her real friends are.

All because of us, and that is how we want it.
