Days filled with screaming children and dirty looks from other young adults. Typical right? of course.

My days these days seem to be filled with screaming children and dirty looks from fellow young adults for reasons I have no clue of. There are days I yearn for silence, ocen water lapping at my toes and sunshine kissing my already pale skin in which the only color to it is the freckles and red blotches from scars past.

If I could have even one day where I could choose the course of the day, I would choose not to feel lousy; emotionally or physically.  I would chose a sense of silence in which there were no screaming children but rather a mellow music to bob my head to and tap my feet to. I would spend an afternoon at either the beach or at the spa, better yet I would spend the day at a spa conveniently located at the beach.  I would get a full body massage to each all the tension in my aching muscles and ease the stiffness in my old protesting joints.

An evening in a mud bath that would rejuvenate my dry cracking skin and pull the toxins out.  I know that many people could afford such a luxury and often take advantage and go to spoil themselves in this way but when you are in a position where you have no time to yourself for such luxuries, for what ever reason it may be; I am one of those such people who have no means of escape aside from the ability to daydream and even that is risky in a house full of screaming children and adults who dole out the dirty looks.  One day in the lap of luxury in the means of a spa day would be pure bliss and it would certainly lift my spirits in a very good way. Ahh here I am daydreaming again though and what has daydreaming ever gotten me right?  nothing but a basket full of empty wishes and dishes piling up in the sink.
