There is sun shining in the east, storm clouds in the west,
I am in the middle not knowing which fate will find me first.
The truth is in the silence I recieve from you.
Cold, stony silence is your gift to me.
After all the smiles, all the tears, so comes the end.
Our vows meant nothing as they were cast into our cauldron of secret sin.
The icy hand that grips my heart is clenching tighter,
squeezing my love out to make such a drink that will kill me with one cold drop.
This torture is bringing sweet death to us, a death from which I may never recover.
Silence descends, the calm before the storm.
