Poem by: Emie Ruth
love, train, remember, leaving, parting
Submitted: June 16, 2007
I see you board the train,
As we part, once again.
Never again to see your smile,
Or hear you laugh.
And as you travel out of sight,
I will remember the arms that held me tight.

Very nice, very nicely written. Short, sweet and too the point. Keep up the good work.
Thanks a lot X
Very, very nice. Short, but it sends the message smoothly. And I did notice that the narrator said,"As we part, once again." and I thought that that must have something to do with the lenghth. It's like (s)he's saying that he/she will miss her/him, but they are used to being left, so it's not as long and mushy-gushy as first-time parters would act. Very nicely done and thought out.
Thanks and your write it is about a couple who are used to parting. Thanks for the comment.
Beautiful...short and precise...keep up the good work
Thank you Oloa X
