This is kind of a letter to my mom. These are things I needed to tell her. She will never see it though, because I don't want to hurt her. And I love her very much. So, this is my way of getting the things out of my system.

Mom, I know you love me, but

you were never happy with my grades. I did well, but you always reminded me I could have done better.

I was not enough.

Mom, I know you love me, but

you told me often “that is not how normal people behave”. Hey mom, why couldn’t you see an illness took over my head. I was depressed.

I was not good enough.

Mom, I know you love me, but

you always criticized your weight. I started doing the same.

I was not thin enough.

Mom, I know you love me, but

you are not perfect. And I forgive you for that. You married a narcissist and you are just as lost as me.

So, I want to tell you,

I am enough in every way and

I love you too.
