I can't put thoughts in order

Its getting tough to see

Breathing is getting harder and harder

The walls close in one me.

My world is a bad place to be

Full of things, very scary

They fit my fears to a Tee

Real big monsters, tall and hairy.

Its a weight I must carry

Until my journey ends

Why is it I can't be merry?

And frolick like my friends.

As my course twists and bends

I can't see where it'll stop

I feel that I must make amends,

Because the path is more narrow at the top
