I miss you.
I miss you like I miss the butterflies in my stomach when you hold my hand.
I miss the warm summer breeze when we walk down to the lake.
I miss your soft, caring voice whispering to me,
'I love you.'

Dear My Love

Dear my love,

I would just die if it meant saving you.

"I would die for you." he whispered,  holding my hand.

If anything, I love you more than I love my own life and every advantage that comes with it,

And that's a fact.

"You are everything to me." he looked into my eyes, playing with a lock of my hair.

Every star in the sky was meant for your ownership,

Because I know how much you love looking up at the sky and watching the twinkling stars.

"Look, that one shines nearly as bright as you." he squeezed my hand and pointed to it in the sky, and a smile lit up my face.

Sometimes I remember that day when me and you sat by the lake,

Watching the water flowing.

"I will always remember this time with you."  he stroked my arm, sending butterflies fluttering in my stomach.

You aren't pretty,

You aren't beautiful,

You aren't gorgeous,

You are like the sun with that sparkle in your eye.

You are radiant.

"Will you marry me?" he asked, holding out my favorite flower. It was a gorgeous pink waterlily, and it looked just right in his hands.

A sob of happiness escaped my lips.

"Yes!" I screamed and he got up, letting me jump up and wrap my arms around his neck.

"This is the best day of my life." he whispered, and I smiled.

I lie awake at night and remember the day you said that you would marry me.

From your love, who misses you dearly.

Now I sit and look out at the lake,

Trying desperately to remember the feel of your arms around me.

Now I wish you hadn't said you would die for me,

Because that promise came true.

Now I remember being your everything,

And you being mine.

But now that you're gone,

I own nothing that I loved as much as I loved you.

As I drop the note you left me before going to fight for our country,

I remember the last words you said to me.

'I love, so much.'

Dear NeverTooLate,

Did you like it? Was it too long, too short, or what? I really hope you liked reading it ??

used the song Vanilla Twilight to write this, just reminding you :)
