A yellow caterpillar

Tickles my wrist

With her many little legs.

The sun beats warm upon me.

I look at her, lying next to me

The swell of grass on her neck

Eyes closed

Breathing eve

I shiver.

The moment passed as she opens her eyes

And smiles a warm smile.

As we walk together to the horizon

Her hand in mine.

Tis a love that will never end.
