Disastrous plains, held at the reigns
You don’t know how to deceive me.
Ignoring the pain, fighting the chains
I’m longing for something to free me.

I held on tight, to every fight
I couldn’t’ let go if I tried.
It’s time to scream, let go of this dream
Hit my reality; denied.

Delve in my eyes, ignore my cries
The truth is beginning to sere.
I’ll hold my tongue, songs remain unsung
The heart is going numb here.

Drowned beneath cold water’s breath
Lungs are filling, increasing depth
Bindings are tighter, with a mind of their own
Pitch black and peace, your fate now unknown.
