It was late, I walked into the dark apartment  I was drowsy, i've been here before.. Through the den I go. To someone's room, i'm looking for my cigarettes. I need a lighter. I walk through the apartment removing my clothes, there heavy, I need to soak, its been a long day. I run a hot bath, light my cigarette and get the knife out of my bathroom drawer. No one knows my little secret. My mind holds to to many memories to be twenty-one , all that has happened in my life. I just want to die, i've had that thought a million times. The cutting helps, but I could bleed to much. I look at the little knife, finish my cigarette, dump it. A silent tear escapes to my cheeks. One,two, three I count, I slit it three times; long ones this time. I'm not contemplating this time. I'm just zoning, I black out ten, fifteen, maybe twenty minutes. I know i'm gone by now. The last thing I see is the moon, my window's open.. My body is freezing. I don't feel my pulse. Someone's shaking and biting me. I open my eyes to a pair of bright yellow eyes; filled with horror and terror of loss. Its him. I smile, YES i'm finally gone. He's talking though, he's asking do I wanna die. I say, "Aren't I already dead?" He says, "No,never!" I scream, "PLEASE!" Hes angry now. "Don't move!", he says. Afraid  while he's wrapping my wrists, I black out again. "I won't end your life." he whispers. "...And neither will and neither will anyone else,EVER."
