Say goodbye to the moonlight,

Shattered by descending shadows,

Let your crimson tears fall.

Stain the ground with your sorrow,

Feathers drift in a meloncholy breeze,

Let God call back his own.

Spread your broken wings,

Into the broken silence,

And rise above us all.

Open your arms to the beckoning heavens,

Forgiven of your sin,

Bleeding wrists and broken wings healed.
