About wanting to tell a girl you're no good for her but having a hard time selflessly letting her go. The bold is the dialogue spoken to the girl and the plain text is all the things I can't say.

“Please baby, can you make this hurt?”

I’ve been especially bad to others before you.

"You see, there’s a side of me…"

Oh you don’t know it yet.

But that side of me wants to be something you’ll regret.

The sun is setting and my Hyde is calling.

 "It won't be easy...Oh don’t you see? "

It won’t end well for you, and I’ll no longer be me.

So cut me deep while the guards have resigned,

And the ticking clock has lost its time.

"Maybe just go, you shouldn't wait..."

Because when my sleeping eyes do wake,

If you’re not gone it will be your mistake.
