A A A

I remember when I hated you,
and all your twisted lies,
When I found out you were nothing,
But confusion in disguise,

I remember when I missed you,
for a reason I don't know,
And all the things we used to have,
I wished that I could show.

I remember when you left my sights,

forever on that day,

And I remember all those awful words,

you swore you'd never say.

I remember how you used to move,

With confidence and grace,

and how you would never fail

to put a smile on my face.

But the funny thing is my friend,

That despite what I said to you,

when I said we wouldn't end,

I can't recall loving you,

not ever, not once, not at all.
