Poetry

Crowded now, by a shadow ever so present.
I try then writhe, never to transcend it.
This feeling, a weight, though none should ever touch me.
A pressure from above, or perhaps a gravity.
And may I suffer pains, they do not stem physically.
Troubled waters rise the derisive thoughts in me.
With some shore, a trepid path I follow in reverence.
Offering a passerby no admonishment.
Though experiences we may divulge -
Secrets are for children and liars.
