This poem is very close to my heart. It is about a person who I believe, is my soul mate. I don't mind being hopelessly in love with this person.

Smell of your ciggratte

Since the first time, the cupid's arrow strike my heart, till the moment you broke my heart, I have always loved you the same. What to do, darling? I know, I got no shame.

My love, I don't mind your abandonment. Iam used to this arrangement. Afterall, I loved an enigma, So, this is my karma. But, my love, I still love you the same, I never mind being a loser in heart's game.

I still long for the kiss of your lips smeared with wine, I still believe Iam thine, I don't care, If you are not mine. & I still long for the smell of your ciggratte, Darling, I told you, I got no regret. You will laugh, If I say I still feel your presence, never mind the distance. But do believe me, When I insist, I still love you the same, my heart's closed chapters begin with your name.

This is a wonderful piece of writing, I was taken in by your descriptions of the images that remind you of this person. Loving from a distance can be so draining; the longing for a simple word to keep you going, hoping it comes one day. I can empathise with this in a huge way. Sometimes it's easier to fall in love with a dream, because the reality can never live up to your expectation...its bitter sweet. Keep up the writing, I'm enjoying your work :)
