My step mother and I never got along when I was a kid. We always fought and it drove my Father crazy. To this day, she still refuses to talk to me. I was always reaching out to her, asking to help or talk, but she never listened. I wrote this when I was four teen years old.

The Hour:

Who are you to say,

That I'm not good enough?

I try hard every day,

But you still stay tough.

Could you please tell me what,

I ever did to you?

The things you say slice and cut;

And you treat me like a fool.

I cannot wait for the hour,

You say you love me back.

I don't think I'll have the power,

To prevent a heart attack.
