This is in response to mystory's challenge. :) My words were enlighten, smile, angel, reflection, and floating. This is dedicated to one of my closest friends; she always pulls me up when I'm down. I hope you like it. :)

As I walk along and see my reflection in the cold, crystal-clear lake,

I realize that a broken heart is too much for me to take.

The only thing to save me now would have to be an angel,

For my sanity has begun to seem like a string that barely dangles.

I begin to feel all hope is floating away,

Until I see something that could pull me out of my dismay.

Behind me, in the glistening water,

Is the smile of a friend - I no longer have a bother.

For you consistently enlighten me,

And now, I can clearly see.
