I see you, moving through the dark,
Black dress flowing as you walk.
Your long, dark hair plays in the wind,
As if it moved independent of you.
The moonlight plays across your face,
Illuminating your hazel eyes.
Those eyes, filled with compassion,
an innocent love for humanity.
As you move through the night quietly,
striding slowly beneath the street lamps,
Everyone stops to look at your beauty.
You are my Night Bird.
