FICTITIOUS

Whether fact or fiction, benevolent or malicious
We want to be what we are not.
So we cut ourselves and break the ties.

Left behind is a dried up trail,
Life's essence pouring from our veins.
Not so much a way back home,
Just a reminder of where we have gone.

Gone wrong or done right,
It's little difference, we are all fucked
Make strides or die in vain,
Cause once you're dead,
You'll bleed no more.
