I can see love in programmes on television.
I can see love in a pub, in a street or on a plane.
I can sit on a park bench and watch for a while,
And love will pass around the bench forever.

You see cliché romances blossoming in style.
You can watch as unreal love becomes reality.
Soap operas, books, friends and strangers,
Everyone’s wound up in this mysterious ‘love’.

However, not that many people discuss it.
People experience it all the time?
But how many people can define it?
Many find love with know knowledge of it.

Yet why don’t I find love?
Why do I always stay alone?
Friends all say I’m great.
I don’t think I’m that bad.

Maybe I should stop listing people
Who have found love in all these forms?
Dive head first into this mysterious world,
And become part of the list.
