It's odd how something as simple as being given a cup of coffee can change your prospective of people and situations.

Set yourself up

To let yourself fall

Always should wonder

If you wonder at all

Dream while your sleeping

And hope tomorrow you wake up

For now I'll just sit here

And drink from your cup

The cup is ceramic

On it a company's name

Coffees it's contents

I am to blame

The liquid is black

Was brewed a bit strong

Here with you now

I no longer belong

Heya. Liked it!
The rhythm and beat of the poem are probably more effective than the words that are written.
I know i'm picky, but just a few queries on these lines:

"Coffees it's contents

I'm am to blame"

I think you meant 'I am to blame', not I am I am to blame.
Also, I'm not sure how 'Coffees it is contents' makes sense. It may just a typo or perhaps a hidden meaning which I can't work out...
Either way, a nice poem!

Thank you for your comment. Coffees it's contents I am to blame. This is going to be confusing... I'll do my best. Its why I needed the coffee, which brought me to the cup. Coffee to sober up type of thing. I was drunk needed coffee to sober up. Got the coffee in a coffee mug advertising a boyfriends business. So I'm to blame for needing the coffee. Coffee it's contents, it's = the cup. and the other was just a typo.. Thank you for pointing it out, I will fix it. Hope that helps clear things up. Thanks!
