A trickle of dew slides down your window sill. The sweet aroma of syrup.

Coming from the other room. Knowing that your mother is cooking. The perfect pitch of the birds melody.

Dances in the harmony floating with the air. The vibration of your kitten's purr. The creaking of the your wooden seat.

The sun shining on your hoody. The signs of morning.  The silence speaking grace.  As the clouds open to rain. So unfortunate you think.

From the gloom the gray brings.  When it makes your spirit sink. It grows into spring and dandelions. Season of lilacks and new beginningz. You remind yourself. As a smile spreads across your face. At the sight of green foliage.
