This poem is about a girl who brings a smile to my face whenever I see her.

A Smile and a Laugh

Every time she walks by

I feel a breath of fresh air.

Every time she comes close

I feel warmth and comfort.

Every time we talk

I look into her beautiful brown eyes

And in a way I say "I love you"

Without ever speaking a word.

A smile and a laugh

Is all I need

For her to know how I feel.

We have shared good times and bad.

We have shared stories.

We have laughed and we have cried

Together.

We have shared millions of words

But "I love you"

Never has to be said verbally.

It is implied

With a smile and a laugh.

I love you.
