How my heart’s all for a fresh start

With you, the one who tore it all apart.

But I’m a little smarter

I refuse to make my heart a martyr.

I’m not gonna lie.

Walking by, you still catch my eye.

It makes me smile,

It makes me laugh,

How my heart’s all for a fresh start

With you, the one who tore it all apart.

But I’m a little smarter

I refuse to make my heart a martyr.

But I know, walking by,

I still catch your eye.

It makes me smile,

It makes me laugh,

How you scramble for words to say,

But I’ve already walked away.
