Aren’t you supposed to save me?

Don’t I matter?

Superman,

Aren’t you supposed to save me?

Superman,

Don’t I matter?

Superman,

Why did you smile as I shattered?

Superman,

Did you even try?

Superman,

Are you listening?

Superman,

Do you find a sick satisfaction in watching me fall for you over and over?

Superman,

Why won’t you end my pain? Why do you keep letting me fall?

Superman,

Do I mean anything at all?

Tell me, Superman,

How can you can just stand by and watch me cry?

Tell me, Superman,

What would you feel if I died over you?

Tell me, Superman,

Would you miss me, regret not catching me, not seeing just how much you mean to me?

We’ll never know, Superman,

I’m not going to let you continue to let me slowly kill myself over you.

Goodbye, Superman,

While you were standing there as I tumbled through the air, a new super hero was there.

Hello Spiderman.
