Loving You Too Much

If there is one thing I am afraid of, It is that I know I am not the same as the most,
But yet I still reach you through the same host,
But pure love is my ghost.

I am afraid of maybe one day loving you too much.

You would not draw my defenses out if you stayed on my arm,
Sharing reflections of collective love,
I wish your shoulders to be where I rest in repentance,
Blessed are these connections to you and me.

I am afraid of maybe one day loving you too much.

I am steering clear of lust,
With my next girl; only under the bonds of matrimony will our love be expressed into touch.
But in these streets I am walking,
Where the reality of my flesh screams; It's a fairytale to me to meet such beautiful creatures.
Females that can see this truth of this intention.

I am afraid of maybe one day loving you too much.

I want you to know,
With this beautiful love that a beautiful few have gifted me,
I am coated by warmth,
I feel lucky and blessed in a spiritual symphony.
But darling?
I have a calling in me,
Please don't see in me the things that you don't want to see,
This life is senseless,
But if this love was not mine to give; I could never express it.
Trust in my depths,
It is the path I travelled to get here,
I just hope you know,
I don't feel alone,
I see you.

No more am I afraid of maybe one day loving you too much.
