Snow Dark

The vendor’s cry traps one white like the snow.

The apple is bitten, hope dashed to ground.

That horrid merchant! Once, friend, now the foe!

Lightening venom as she waits to be found.

That killing fruit gathered from the orchard.

A gourmet sauce made from evils and sin.

A kiss can end the pain of the tortured.

Mona Lisa's fruity grin hides poison.

She dreams and dreams, peace at heart in her glass.

Panic ensues, her protectors afraid.

Deep in her slumber, that ethereal lass,

A quick cure was sought, an endless brigade.

Until her prince comes, she's waiting forlorn.

Stuck in her glass chamber, waiting for morn.
