I knew there were cracks in my reality.

But I just ignored its side of dark.

I failed to noticed its true mark.

The cracks grew.

They destroyed everything I knew.

They shattered my reality, me.

It wouldn't stop not matter how I pleaded.

The cracks cut me open without heeding.

I lost what I knew was real.

I lost my ability to feel.

I lost it all.

Because of my own flaws.

I locked myself away.

Built my wall higher everyday.

Brick by Brick.

My shattered world played every trick.

Making me coward deeper into myself.

It haunted me even in my dreams.

I feared what I would I'd never redeem.

So I locked myself beyond reach in my own shattered world.
